Allergan Aesthetics provides in-office cosmetic treatments such as Botox and Juviderm.
The goal was to design a digital wallet & payment system for aestheticians to receive payment from their clients online.
I began by identifying the key use cases, and product priorities based on the roadmap and user stories.
From there I developed the user flow of the payment activities step by step.

I conducted competitive research to assess the market landscape and identify opportunity areas.
I designed the digital wallet based on Alle's design system (both UX and UI)
This involved applying Alle's existing design system after identifying the key content areas & user needs as well as working out the functional requirements for the wallet by collaborating with the product manager and engineering leads.
The task also involved analyzing different transaction types, and creating UI assets such as a new receipt screen.

The wallet isn't the only place users can add funds from. They can also add funds while they're in the middle of creating an ad campaign. I worked on the UX and UI of adding funds to wallet by implementing a global modal so that the experience would be consistent and universal regardless of which page of the site they were coming from.
